My family and I didn’t arrive in this region until 1999 but it’s always felt like home. It’s a place that’s meant to be enjoyed.

The access to the beach and sound is unparalleled. The woods could be calling your name. The sunrises and sunsets are renowned the world over. The Outer Banks and Northeastern North Carolina offer an outdoors menu that can’t be beat.

However, you’re probably going to want to live indoors. There are many homes out there. But the key is to find the one that’s the best match for you and your family.  As I mentioned before, I’ve been in the area since 1999. My wife Dawn teaches First Grade at Shawboro Elementary School. Our daughter Annabelle attends Currituck High School and our son John Patrick is a Second Lieutenant in the US Air Force.  

In addition to working at Beach104, I’ve also coached Soccer, Swimming and Basketball over the years.
