Our real estate classes are offered in two convenient online formats you can choose from: Live online and self-paced video format. Our instructors are available to help with both class formats.
Prelicensing
This is your first step! Our 75 hour North Carolina Broker Prelicensing course is offered to you in two easy online formats! You can choose if you’d like to meet online in real time or online completely at your own pace.
Postlicensing
Once you are licensed in NC, all provisional brokers must complete (3) 30 hour Post licensing courses within 18 month of initial licensure to retain eligibility to actively engage in real estate brokerage.
Continuing Education
Once you are licensed, to maintain an active license, you must take (8) hours of continuing education each year. You will take a (4) hour update course and a (4) hour elective course.
