My name is Dawn Waldrop and I have spent many years as an educator working to enhance our future generation through passion and loving everything academic.  Now, I’m embarking on my second career in real estate and am extremely excited to be a part of Kingdom Real Estate Services.  Kingdom’s Christian faith and beliefs align with mine and couldn’t be a better fit. We are a community focused family and my husband’s transfer with the Coast Guard brought us to Currituck County in 2002.

Through raising our four children, traveling for sporting and scouting events, volunteering, exploring beaches and museums, we fell in love with the Outer Banks and now call Dare County home.  I currently own my own business managing vacation rentals.  My business is built on communication, dedication and customer service, and partnering with Kingdom’s incredible team will enable me to help others in pursuit of owning a vacation or dream home in beautiful North Carolina.
