Raised on the Outer Banks, Kevin is a proud graduate of Manteo High School with six years of college at Liberty University. Having lived and worked on the Outer Banks for 40 plus years he was both a local police officer and a volunteer firefighter. Kevin along with his wife, Jamie, and daughter Luna, live in Kill Devils Hills where his wife was born and raised.

Kevin has an extensive background in construction as well as property maintenance. This experience provides his clients not only a local’s perspective but a professional’s viewpoint of their future investment.

Kevin has always enjoyed the sunrises over the ocean and the sunsets over the sound, which is something few places can provide.
