I have been licensed in Outer Banks real estate since 1993 and recently joined Kingdom Realty Services. Because of my Christian faith, Kingdom realty was a natural move as it aligns with my values and long-term goals. Specializing in representing clients in purchasing and selling across all areas of the Outer Banks, I have a vast knowledge not only with real estate but also with all that the area has to offer such as the different school districts, neighborhood information, social and cultural activities.

As a Resort Real Estate Specialist, I continually looks for ways to improve to better serve my clients. By earning the CRS, GRI, ABR CDPE, and CMP designations, I have the experience, skill and confidence to assist home buyers and sellers at all levels.

In the years before my move to the Outer Banks in 1992,  I grew up vacationing in Nags Head and fell in love with the area. My plan was to retire here later in life – but I decided to make that “retirement” much sooner so that I could embrace the lifestyle the Outer Banks has to offer. I am very active in my church, playing guitar and singing on the worship team and as worship leader for the youth program.  Being from New York State, I grew up on the ice and am a huge hockey fan and player. I love to travel, and. 

Prior to real estate, I graduated from St. Bonaventure University in New York with a degree in Accounting and worked as an Insurance Accountant in Boston, MA. This financial background has been a huge asset in assisting clients in purchasing coastal real estate.
